5:00-6:00 — Happy hour with drinks and appetizers
6:00 — Four course dinner catered by Marion Heinze of Heart Full Catering including an appetizer spread, a local salad, family-style Mediterranean dinner, and dessert. Menu can be found below.
7:15 — Live auction! Win a prize package or outdoor adventure getaway while supporting KS Wild’s work! It’s a win-win.
8:30 — Event wraps up.

Menu
Appetizers: Stuffed dates wrapped in bacon. Endive cups with pear & apple salad, pecan with/without goat cheese (v). Garlic & black pepper beef meatballs. Grazing tables featuring an artisan cheese platter & crudities with hummus and ranch dressing.
First Course: Mixed greens salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, candied seeds, shaved fennel (gf/v) with option for goat cheese. Bread & butter for the table.
Main Course: Moroccan beef or vegetable tagine with aromatic spices (gf/df/v), harissa sauce (gf/v), couscous with dried apricots & pistachios (v), quinoa pilaf (gf/v), mediterranean chickpea salad.
Dessert: Family style apple & pear crisp with yogurt cream or Bright Star Bakery dutch apple pie (gf/v).
Beverages: Local beer selection from Common Block Brewing Company.
Wine from Upper Five Vineyard, Eagle Mill Winery, & Wooldridge Creek Winery. Hot tea & Noble Coffee, as well as other non-alcoholic options.
