Celebrate Earth Day with KS Wild and local Botanist, Howard Erbe as he guides us on a wildflower hike on the Little Falls loop trail. The riverside forests and meadows of the Illinois River are laden with rare and endemic wildflower species.  We will see insectivorous Cobra Lilies and a waterfall. 

Level of difficulty: easy/moderate, 1.6 mile loop.  Snacks will be provided!

Looking forward to what wildflowers the weather will bring us this year as we celebrate Earth Day together!  

Bring a lunch, your favorite wildflower book, binoculars, comfortable closed toed shoes, and dress in layers.
