Isaak grew up in Portland, Oregon and is joining KS Wild as the Development Manager after graduating with a BA in Philosophy from the University of Oregon and working as the Executive Director of the Ashland Emergency Food Bank. Frances has lived in the Rogue Valley since 1992 and worked in various capacities for public agencies and utilities as well as non-profit organizations, often working to protect water quality and native fish habitat. Frances is excited to put her water knowledge to good use with Rogue Riverkeeper.
